Sometimes you launch an episode that either connects with a lot of people or repels just as many. The result is a show that goes viral. That was this show for The Life By Design Podcast. There are few components of the Life By Design lifestyle that hold people back as much as removing "grains". For many they've grown up on whole wheat bread and cereal. These staples are tough to let go of emotionally and let's be honest, they can taste pretty darn good as well! Regardless, the argument rages on… many still claim that grains are harmful, cause inflammation, gut irritation and should not be consumed at all.
