On this week’s show we have ANOTHER special guest… Coach Jesse Sherriff from West London CrossFit.

Jesse has been coaching for most of his life so it goes without saying that he knows his stuff.

Stuff from the episode

1) These 5 things are definitely not what you would expect.
2) The place you should start to create permanent change…even throughout the holiday season.
3) The difference between behaviour goals and outcome goals...and which one is better for you to follow.
4) Why you should strive for long term goals…they will AUTOMATICALLY cover the short term goals.
5) What advice does Jesse give his clients when they fall of track during the holidays.
