The argument rages on…
 
Many still claim that grains are harmful, cause inflammation, gut irritation and should not be consumed at all.
 
But wait, says the other side… there are many culture who eat predominately grains and they are healthy and live longs lives.
 
Who can we trust… who is right?

Despite CrossFit being an overwhelming success and phenomenon, with people joining the CrossFit community everyday. CrossFit still has it’s share of haters and people who try their best to discredit it.

‘Overtraining’ is one of those attempts.
 
Of course overtraining is real and it exists… but does every CrossFitter engage in overtraining?
